We made the choice to reduce our profits as much as possible in order to redistribute in the most equitable way possible. Even today, our prices and the remuneration of our Ekokleaners remain the same.
It is no longer possible to tolerate men and women being poorly paid and having undignified working conditions.
All “Ekokleaners” speakers receive remuneration higher than the SMIC (18€/h). They only work during the day and must complete mandatory training in cleaning techniques.
To reduce our carbon footprint and limit the fatigue of Ekokleaners related to travel, our geolocation service connects the Ekokleaners closest to our customers.
By promoting the actors closest to our customers, we minimize travel and stimulate local employment. Our Ekokleaners benefit from fair remuneration, exceeding the minimum wage in France. Prioritizing local hiring reinforces social inclusion, while our transparent communication ensures clear expectations and issues are resolved quickly.
By encouraging high standards of professional ethics, we aim to provide a reliable and quality cleaning service, thereby contributing to the economic well-being of the communities we serve.
At Ekoklean On Demand, we support the inclusion of people who are far from employment and come from QPV (Quartier Prioritaire de la Politique de la Ville), by training them free of charge and by giving them decent and sustainable working conditions and remuneration.
