Only the Customer who has concluded a Service Contract with a Service Provider via the Ekoklean ON DEMAND Platform has the option, at the end of the Service, to note or file an opinion concerning the Service that has been performed.
At the end of the Service, the Customer will receive an email allowing him to access the rating and review area.
The Customer carries out an individual rating of the Service he has received on the basis of several predefined criteria, namely:
The individual rating is only communicated to the Service Provider.
The Service Provider's rating published on the Ekoklean ON DEMAND Platform is a global rating. It corresponds to the average of the ratings that will have been obtained. This global rating is updated with each new individual rating of a Customer. In addition to the overall rating, the following are specified:
The Service Provider's rating is updated automatically. Ekoklean has no control, either a prima facie or a posteriori, over individual or global ratings.
The Customer may send an opinion or comment concerning the Service that has been provided.
This notice is automatically sent to the Service Provider, accompanied by the date of performance of the Service received by the Customer.
Only the Service Provider may decide to publish reviews on the Ekoklean ON DEMAND Platform at its sole discretion. The Service Provider cannot moderate the review; it can either decide to publish it or refuse to publish it.
Ekoklean has no control, neither a prima facie nor a posteriori, over the content of the published notice.
