Ekoklean On Demand is the first cleaning platform that allows you to book ethical and ecological cleaning, 100% online in a few clicks, without commitment and everywhere in France. Our conviction? Improve, socially, the world of housekeeping. “Ekokleaners” interveners are fairly paid freelancers. They receive a salary well above the SMIC (18 €/h), have decent hours and only work during the day (between 8 am and 8 pm). They must validate a demanding and mandatory training in cleaning techniques.

- Enter your postal code then choose the date and frequency of your services
- Complete the number of pieces of your home and additional options, according to your needs. This offers you a minimum number of hours to properly ensure the service. You can add extra time, depending on your needs.
- You will then receive an email confirmation when an Ekokleaner accepts the request. Confirmation is not always immediate and may arrive no later than 24 hours before the service. We recommend that you contact the speaker via internal messaging.
Attention: you must provide equipment and cleaning products.
The Ekoklean On Demand team makes sure to monitor the successful completion of the missions. Ekokleaners are insured and trained to respect the safety of your home. They are also required to respect the confidentiality of your private life. You will be notified by email and a notification on the Ekoklean On Demand application in case of difficulty. All our services are covered by liability insurance to protect your property.
15€ per hour: if your fiscal address is in France and you are booking a home cleaning (main or secondary residence located in France, for private use). You can also benefit from this rate if you finance the service with an ascendant under certain conditions.
To benefit from this rate, you must indicate your hours in your annual tax return, based on the information on your tax certificate (to be found in your customer area). Tax credit -50% subject to subscription and eligibility. Under the conditions of article 199 sexdecies of the General Tax Code.
30€ per hour: if your tax address is not in France, you do not benefit from the 50% tax reduction.
The particularity of Ekoklean On Demand is that it allows the customer to book an Ekokleaner in a few minutes with an intervention within 3 hours. You also have the option of creating your own cleaning package for your home: punctual or regular, on demand or scheduled.
We recommend that the customer be present during the first service in order to meet the Ekokleaner and to give him an inventory if necessary.
However, this is not mandatory — in this case, you will need to:
- Transmit your specific instructions, if necessary, when you book (dedicated “message” field) or contact the Ekokleaner via the internal messaging system;
- Ensure the delivery of keys by indicating it when booking (e.g. door code, key box, etc.)
Attention: you must ensure the presence of equipment and products in the home so that the Ekokleaner can intervene.
